The Hits Keep on Coming

The paperback of The Painted Man continues to sell up a storm in the UK, still kicking ass on the Amazon bestseller list as it enters into its THIRD printing.

Meanwhile, the German translation, Das Lied der Dunkelheit, has sold tens of thousands of copies in the three months its been out, surpassing any other market, and is entering into a second printing.

In other news, I should be handing in the final draft of The Desert Spear next month, and am almost done with the page proofs for The Great Bazaar.

Oh, and there’s this: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/news/e3ide843f7bf07c511f72af7f1bfe79a0a8

  7. Hooray! One can only hope they will do it a shred of justice.

Also, I can no longer open the Peephole page in Internet Explorer. It gives an error message and will not display the page. Only other browsers like Firefox will work. Anyone else seeing this issue?

  8. I think they will do a fantastic job. I will be doing a long post about my meeting with Paul and Milla sometimes in the next 24 hours.

I think the problem you had with viewing the page is that the embedded YouTube windows in the blog were causing conflict with older versions of Internet Explorer. I don’t know why, or know how to fix it, so I have removed the embedded video and replaced them with hyperlinks. It should work now.

One more reason why IE is probably the worst browser out there. I would recommend using Firefox, or at the least, upgrading to IE 8.0.

Sorry for the trouble. My coding skills are somewhat weak.

  9. Hey great, it works fine now. I do like Firefox better but I need to use Explorer at work. 😉

That post about your meeting was very promising! *Crosses fingers*
