No Italian translation on the horizon, I'm afraid, much to the chagrin of my mother's side of the family. If such a deal arises, I will definitely blog about it a lot.

If you read English, I would of course suggest that one, although they are currently working on a Dutch translation as well.

Ciao Pete,

I'm still waiting for The Painted Man to be pubblished in Italy.
When is this going to happen?
Should I try reading/bying it in English (or Dutch)?

Best regards,

Maarten (ITALY)

I am eagerly awaiting my copy of The Desert Spear. It won't arrive at my bookstore soon enough.

I cannot adequately convey how immensely pleased I was by The Warded Man. For the past year I have been searching for a good fantasy book to read, yet none of the current masters of the genre have been able to entertain me, not even my favorite literary tag team of Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. George R.R. Martin bores me to tears, although I still keep buying his books because they're better than most. So many once-good writers are churning out crap now to meet the demands of the publishing assembly line. Your book was the best one I have read in years, and stopped me from abandoning the genre altogether.

Nick, if you go back far enough, everyone's related. Thanks for the review!
