Demon Cycle Tweets #8

Posted by Karen

Hey everyone! Haven’t done one of these for awhile, huh? Let’s do this thing…

For his birthday, Peat got this hilarious tweet from Harper Voyager. Not going to lie, it might be the best thing I’ve ever seen:

Ditto for the Once And Future Podcast. Peat did a special episode with them. If you haven’t head it yet, it’s worth taking a listen:

On March second AKA World Book Day, Joe tweeted about his current read:

Ad Astra Blog’s Skull Throne Review!

Posted by Karen

Hey everyone! Remember that little review I posted a little while ago about Ad Astra Blog‘s review of The Warded Man, The Desert Spear, and Daylight War? Well, it officially has a part four.

We’re so pleased that Ad Astra’s Blog decided to review The Demon Cycle. If you have a spare moment, feel free to give them some love and check it out.

As the demons are massing and getting ready for the final showdown and Jardir and Arlen find a way to enter the core and put a stop to it once and for all?

Ahh, this is so awesome. I can’t give away any spoilers, but I am so excited for The Core! Kicking off from The Skull Throne, it’s going to be an epic ride.

Fanart: Inktober Mind Demon

Posted by Karen

Hey everyone!

This fanart was actually posted in October of 2016, but we didn’t put it up until now (my bad!). Carl Marquess AKA charliebines on Instagram created this awesome Mind Demon using sharpie and ink. Check it out:

The spikiness of those teeth is chilling. I definitely wouldn’t want to run into one of these demons late at night!

Ad Astra Blog’s Daylight War Review!

Posted by Karen

Hey everyone! A little while I posted Ad Astra Blog‘s review of The Warded Man and, shortly afterwards, The Desert Spear. After leaving the site alone for awhile, I checked back and saw it officially has a review of the third book.

As the middle child of The Demon Cycle, The Daylight War has a the key role of being a make-it-or-break-it book for fans. Luckily, Peat’s an awesome writer. I personally loved The Daylight War and the Ad Astra Blog agrees. You can check out their full review here:

When you hit the third book out of a series of five, you go in thinking that it’s just going to be filler and set everything up for the last two.  The Daylight War is the true exception to the rule.

That’s super flattering! I’m sure I’m not the only person who learned to love Inevera through this book. As we get closer and closer to the release date of The Core, it makes me want to re-read the series to prepare for it.

The Core– Cover Wars

Posted by Karen

Hey everyone! Remember the amazing dual-cover-reveal that happened last week? Well we couldn’t have done it without the help of our friends.

Today I’d like to give a little shoutout to Fantasy Faction for helping to make the official reveal such a success!

This blog did an incredible job of getting people hyped. I highly recommend checking out the blog post they did of the reveal— it’s definitely worth the read.

Fantasy Faction also created a poll to see which cover fans liked better. As of right now, more than 1,200 people have voted and the demon is just scraping ahead. You can lend your vote at the blog post here:

cover wars

Please remember that whatever cover you like best, both the US and UK version will have BOTH! The UK version will have the demon dustcover with Leesha printed on the hardback, The US version will have the Leesha dustcover with the demon printed on the hardback. Everybody wins!

Once again, thanks so much to Fantasy Faction. They were a huge help and we really appreciate it. If you’d also like to do your part for The Demon Cycle, then please consider pre-ordering The Core here!
