Peat’s on vacation starting today, but he wanted to get the big summer contest going before leaving.
Peat loves seeing fan art of all types, but some of the most compelling fan art is of the characters themselves, the folks we connect with while reading. A lot of people have a singular favorite character, others rotate from one to another.
Have a favorite character from Peat’s world? Maybe it’s a character who doesn’t get a ton of page time or a character who doesn’t get drawn or represented a lot in the fan art world.

We want to see your character or characters in a creative way. Feel free to use whatever you feel like in order to represent your character. In the past, we’ve had cosplay, warding, action figure and fan art contests. And every week it seems, there is new, creative fan art of all kinds popping up on Facebook, Twitter and DeviantArt. All mediums are welcome as long as you are staying true to the character.

Rules, Rules, Rules …
- Choose a character, big or small, from The Demon Cycle (can submit multiple characters).
- Use any medium desired to represent this character. It can be a drawing, painting, cosplay, collage, action figure, sculpture, mosaic … the list goes on.
- Send Peat your entry at contest@www.petervbrett.com with the subject heading “My Favorite Character”.
- This contest ends on August 31st, 2013 at 11:59pm. That gives you a whole month!

We have been teasing you guys with images of the Grand Prize … and now, we’ve made it even better!
The Grand Prize for this contest is swoon-worthy package of everything Demon Cycle.
