Cuteness Contest Winners!

Dogs, babies, kids, kitties, stuffed animals, dolls … you guys brought the cuteness! I loved the variety, the captions and the general adorableness. For such a short contest, you guys made it very difficult to judge.
But choices must be made.
First up we have a very literate animal looking very pleased with himself! Amalia’s cat Arlen!
I think we can all agree that’s a pretty badass name to have.
And the second winner is … Stew’s little terrier Jasper!
He’s simultaneously reading The Painted Man and watching out for intruding cats. Two very important activities.
Peat intervened and convinced me to make make a third winner for Spencer’s adorable daughter cuddling a pile of Demon Cycle books. I am loving the little knit headband.
All three winners will receive signed paperback copies of The Desert Spear.
