Catia Costa has been an incredible Demon Cycle fan in the past, and this is no exception! For her entry, she gave us a gorgeous rendering of Arlen at night:
“Are you safe inside of your house? Are you afraid to walk in the night? There is one man that isn’t afraid of anything! Even the night!”
The atmosphere of this piece is so intense, I’ve got shivers. I love all the shadows swirling around him and the forest so dark around him. Really great job!
Like a master warder, Chiara put their own experimental spin on wards by combining them:
I’ve tried to let the symbols flow into each other as I imaged a warded ground would look like.
I can definitely see the ebb and flow of the wards. I really love how’re they’re arranged here, all linking into each other. Very cool!

I would say this gorgeous piece proves that music can, in fact, soothe the savage beast. It can then cripple that beast or turn it against its allies. Basically, music is awesome XD
