Hey everyone! We’ve been getting a bunch of questions about when Peat’s next projects are coming out. I thought now would be a good time to confirm the release-date info.
The Core is officially set to be released Aug 15, 2017. This will be the fifth and final book in the series but not necessarily Peat’s last book set in the Demon Cycle world. There are already plans shaping up for the future, so stay turned for them! You can pre-order it now through Kindle or in hardcover. Check out all the options here!
Barren is a novella that stars Selia Barren. It’s set to come out on October 8, 2017. You can pre-order it through HarperCollins UK. Check out their official site here!
Please note that this information, though public, is subject to change! Stuff goes wrong and it is ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that these dates may need to be pushed back. It happens. Please be patient and bear with us. With any luck(and a lot of hard work), 2017 will shape up to be a Demon-Cycle-filled year!

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a happy New Year (and hopefully don’t have too bad of a hangover).
Yesterday Peat posted this roundup of the most popular pictures of 2016. Ah, good times.
This is awesome, but 2016 was a jam-packed year. I wanted to expand on some things that aren’t shown. Here are a few more highlights that I thought were important to include, listed in no particular order:
First off is Warded Wednesdays and other contests. These are so much fun to do and I’m excited about the possibility of organizing more in the upcoming year.
Peat also had a bunch of new editions/translations of his books! Most recently we got word of the Russian Daylight War and Great Bazaar, Bulgarian Skull Throne, and Taiwanese Messenger’s Legacy, just to name a few. Plus we can’t forget those beautifully redesigned Painted Man hardcovers in Australia.
Peat never expected to have a jewelry line, but we needed some way to keep people safe against corelings. Badali has done an amazing job with pendants that will allow you to fight while still looking hella badass.
Moving forward, let’s hope that we can make more good memories and have 2017 be an even better year. 🙂

Hey everyone! As 2016 winds down, we’re collecting the final few pieces of artwork that fans have sent in this year.
We recently found this Mind Demon and Mimic fanart by Beth H. entitled ‘Scouts’. Check it out:
I love the shading in this. This type of blackout inking, where it’s all done in total blacks, is really hard to do, but it looks excellent here! The contrast is exquisite and really makes those red eyes pop.
