Hey everyone! Peat’s books are out in a bunch of different languages. Everyone involved in the translation process works so hard and we couldn’t be more grateful to them.
On that note, Peat’s Russian translator got in touch recently! After checking in about a certain phrase, he also sent us the Russian cover of Daylight War. Check it out:
We’re really excited that the Demon Cycle books are being translated into Russian. This cover art is, once again, by the amazing Larry Rostant. I will never get tired of seeing it.
Larry is also currently working on something kind of special for the cover of The Core… I can’t give too much away, but it should be pretty special.
Hey everyone! This post is for all the Skyrim fans out there.
TriggerJ recently shared this Shar’Dama Ka Skyrim build on Twitter. Take a look:
Ahmann Jardir (Shar’Dama Ka) Build for Skyrim. This is based on a character from PVBrett’s amazing book series
This video is awesome, giving recommendations on all the mods you can use to create Jardir as a character. My favorite is the Spear of Thorns mod which allows you to get a spear that looks pretty similar to the spear of Kaji. With these, you can create your own makeshift Demon Cycle video game!
TriggerJ’s Jardir build was created because of requests stemming from hisWarded Man build. You can check that one out here:
If you use these mods, feel free to send us snaps or videos! We’d love to see them.
Today, one of them has officially been completed! qMargot from twitter recently sent us their finished piece and it looks absolutely stunning. See for yourself:
Inevera casting her warded dice. It took me a while but I’m finally finished
This is incredible! Thanks so much for letting us see the piece’s progress (it was 100% worth the wait!). I especially love the pose and cool light effects. I wonder what secrets the dice are revealing…
Hey everyone! Man, what I wouldn’t give for a Demon Cycle RPG…
There’s been a lot of talk over the years about a Demon Cycle video game. Some people have even gone so far as to create skins in pre-existing ones. We’ve got Warded Man skins for Skyrim and Minecraft. That’s not even mentioning all Demon-Cycle-Inspired D&D and Homebrew games.
Have I ever mentioned how great fans of The Demon Cycle are? Seriously. Demon Cycle nerds are best nerds.
Recently, we found someone who’s going one step further. Jordie Bowen, a fan from London, sent in this concept for a 2D JRPG-style video game sprite of Arlen Bales. The sprite was created for a project at university and it makes the gamer in me so frikken happy. Check it out!!
There is nothing I don’t love about this. From the name (2Demon, I love it) to the character itself… guh, it’s so good! Definitely makes me want to play.
If that wasn’t awesome enough, Jordie is the same person who put up all those amazing animatic we’ve been showing off recently. That’s right, this is the guy who created this amazing vid:
Hey everyone! Today’s post features a new book review from a long-time fan.
Adam has read The Warded Man several times. Recently, he put up a glowing review of it on his site, Dwelling On Fantasy:
This book definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat, with a perfect balance between things you know will happen… and twists that take you by surprise.
Also, Dwelling On Fantasy is an awesome website in general. It specializes in reviewing Fantasy novels (both old and new). If you’re looking for your next read, feel free to browse and see if something strikes your fancy.
