Hey everyone! I love when we get art from foreign fans. To me, it feels special, like getting a little piece of another part of the world.

Today’s super cool pieces of art were sent in by a Turkish fan. Baris Aydin took pictures of his fingers all warded up for demon-slayage. Take a look!

Wow, those are -awesome-. The lines are crisp and neat and in the perfect place for punching a demon’s lights out.

Very badass. Thanks so much for sending them in! Honestly, I can’t tell you all how frikken exciting it is to Peat when new fanart comes in. Every time we add to the year’s fanart album on Facebook, it makes our day.

Hey everyone! Our latest picture of Arlen was created by greedychan on Deviantart.com. Oh man, Deviantart. That takes me back…

This piece of fanart has one of the coolest interpretations of the spear of Kaji that I’ve seen yet! Check it out:

The artist did an amazing job with their color palette and lighting in this, and just look at that background! It gives you shivers to imagine Arlen traversing in such a landscape, with wind demons soaring overhead.

NYCC – October 6-9 2016, New York

Thursday, October 6th – Sunday, October 9th, in New York, NY.  Peat’s a veteran of this con and can’t wait to be there as a guest! He’ll be at the following panel:

Title: Geek Geek Revolution         

Date: Saturday, 10/8/2016

Time: 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM

Location:  1A18, Javits

-Geek Geek Revolution is a no-holds-barred geek culture game show featuring six science-fiction/fantasy Authors competing for the chance to be TOP GEEK. Audience members will be asked to ‘write-in’ questions in hopes of stumping the Authors and winning a pack of books. Hold onto your hats, Nerf herders, this might get ugly.

Supanova – Nov. 11-13 and Nov. 18-20, Australia

-Friday, November 11 – Sunday, November 13, in Brisbane. Friday, November 18 – Sunday, November 20 in Adelaide.

We’re sooo excited about this one. Panels and signing times have yet to be determined, but as soon as they are, we’ll put ’em up! Plus, there might be something extra special in the works for this tour. I can’t give away too much, but let’s just say Peat’s UK publisher is getting an extra-special fruit basket this year…
