Fanart: Demon Warder!

Posted by Karen

Hi everyone! Sometimes we get a piece of demon-inspired art and it’s obvious the creator has spent a huge about of time and effort on it.

With that in mind, we’re super excited about the newest fanart we have to show off! One of our Brazilian fans, ArchDaeva, got in touch with us and sent over this phenomenal masterpiece entitled Demon Warder. Check it out!

There are too many amazing aspects of this fanart for me to even begin to list them all! I love the layout and the ward circle. I love pose and the textures and the demons skulking in the shadow below. Basically, it’s complete awesomeness.

A huge thank you to ArchDaeva for creating and sharing this incredible work of art.

Questions For The Dice: Winner!

Posted by Karen

Hi everyone! It’s that time again! Time to share people’s answers for last week’s Warded Wednesday and choose a winner. Just to remind everyone, the question for last week was ‘What question would you ask Inevera’s alagai hora?”

We got a bunch of great answers this week. Check them out!

Am I going to be able to complete the work needed to write my PhD thesis in time? -Helen

Will I ever like olives? -Emma

Where in the core is Carmen San Diego? -Michael McLendon

Everam, giver of light and life, I beseech you, give this lowly servant knowledge of what is to come. Should I marry my girlfriend of over 4 years? -Nicholas

I am a grooms man in my friends wedding this week, I’d ask the dice which bridesmaid I should sleep with. -Jamie

Looks like there are a few people with marriage on the mind. These are awesome questions, though I’d ask the bridesmaids themselves, no matter what the dice say.

There was another common theme in the questions. This one I definitely want the answer to!

Will Mankind ever dance under an alien sun? -Isobel P.

Interesting question… If I could ask anything, I think I would ask, are we ever going to meet extra terrestrial life? If so, when? -Jazz

Gosh I hope so.

And the winner for this week’s giveaway is:

Hmm.. I’ve always thought that if I get a chance to ask the dice a question, it would be one that would provide me with an answer that I could use till the end of time, such as:

Everam, giver of light and life, I beseech you, give this lowly servant knowledge of what is to come. How should I live my life in order to become the best version of myself and the biggest asset to society? -Robert D.

Congratulations Robert!

Be sure to tune in tomorrow for our next Warded Wednesday!

You can grab a copy of The Warded Man hardcover online! Check it out on Amazon or Books-A-Million.

Fanart: Amazing Rock Demon

Posted by Karen

Hi everyone! It’s so awesome to see everyone’s idea of what a particular demon should look like. There are some canon traits that can be found in the books, of course, but no two interpretations are exactly the same! For example- John Welsh from Liverpool sent in this amazing fanart of a rock demon. Check it out!

RockDemonFanart

I love the feet and those enormous horns! I wouldn’t want to mess with those claws, though. They look deadly! Thanks so much to John for sending in his incredible artwork.

Is this what a rock demon looks like to you? Let us know! If you want to send us your own version of a demon, feel free to at Peat’s Facebook or at his Twitter. Who knows? You might get featured on the blog!

You can order your copy of Peat’s latest book, The Skull Throne, right here!
