Check out the latest entry to the Warding contest: this seriously epic tattoo by Marcin from Poland.
Here’s what he had to say about it:
I got a tattoo of Arlen, who is killing a demon near Heaven’s gate. So he will be always with me.

This is incredible. I love the action and check out those intense coreling claws! Awesome job, Marcin.

Vicky won’t be running from snow demons anytime soon with her warded coat, bag and icicle! I am completely in love with this entire outfit, particular the wards on the hood.

Awesome entry, Vicky, thank you so much for sharing!
Be sure to enter the Warding Contest by the end of the month for your chance to win some pretty fantastic prizes.

Julka, a superfan from Poland, has sent in two dazzling entries to be entered in the Warding Contest. Here’s what Julka had to say about her entry:
I’m sending two pieces for the Warding Contest. First one is a shirt with wards … well, lots of wards, but wards from demon cycle were the basic theme. It was used A LOT so wards can be a little bit worn. The second one is an Alagai Hora. I know it’s not an original idea, but lets face it: everyone wants to have Alagai Hora! Greetings from a member of Polish Brett’s Army!

Amazing! Nothing like a well-worn warded piece of apparel to keep the corelings at bay.

This Alagai Hora is spectacular. Great work on two fantastic entries, Julka!
The Grand Prize for the contest is the complete Peter V. Brett library! Want to enter something warded of your own? Check out the rules and guidelines to learn more.

Jasmine’s hand-warded knives left us speechless. Here’s what she had to say about the process:
I took inspiration for these from Renna’s warded knife in the books. They cost me a total of $8 to make and the hilts are made out of recycled stuff I found around the house. The objects I tied to the hilts I imagined were coreling teeth… A rock demon’s tooth and maybe a wind or flame demon’s.
Awesome. I think Renna would heartily approve.

Want to enter the Warding Contest yourself? We’ve got lots of prizes to give out, so check out the rules and guidelines and email us your wards by February 28th, 2014.
