Just saw on amazon.de that they already have a cover up for what I assume is The Desert Spear, which will be called Das Flustern der Nacht (The Whisper of the Night). I think the cover is pretty darn cool:

New random comment from an obsessed fan- (Havn’t started remaking my video yet in case any1 cares, been too busy) I was just wondering if you were going to expand the world in future books, I mean as Arlen leads his campaign against demons (which is what I’m hoping will happen) It would be really cool to read about him fighting in the destroyed streets of london or new york or w/e. On a completely different note I was speculating about water demons-will Arlen fight them, can they stay on earth during the day in deep waters (due to the smal about of light that reaches the depths) I personally have this fantasy that plays in my head near the conclusion of desert spear where the Krasians are lined up outside miln and about to attack when Arlen drags some massive monster from the core in between the two armies and shouts “THIS IS THE REAL ENEMY” and the somehow he decapitates this titan and its flaming head (this is set during the day) rolls towards the Krasian army
I also just wanted to ask if it was possible to make a forum on your website pete so I don’t have to leave my offtopic comments under your latest news (pretty please)
Concur on the cover being cool.
It’s not bad….the horse needs to be about two times bigger but I like the mood of it a lot, that transition between night and day and the hunt already beginning.
(The Japanese covers are still my favorites though…)
David, I have forum software that comes with WordPress. One of these days I will figure out how to set up/operate it, but at the moment I am swamped with other things.

Like i can’t wait till April 2010. Bought the first one (“Das Lied der Dunkelheit” which means “Song of the night”) on friday and got only 50 pages left… Maybe i have to get through the book in english as well, just to shorten time until the appearance of the new part 🙂
