Hey everyone! Thanks so much to everyone who entered the Core ARC Contest.  The deadline for entering has passed, but there are still a bunch of submissions to show off. We’ll be posting them over the next while while Peat make the hard decides about the winners.

This is my attempt to recreate my favourite scene from The Painted Man. Only A Chin, I love this chapter! Arlen (spider-man) facing down a sand demon (lion toy, don’t have anything even remotely appropriate) with only an unwarded spear and his wits. Ignore the bar code from the sand paper 🙂

Next up is Dwayne who created the Battle of One Arm, which turned out to be a popular scene choice for this contest:

It’s been a while. I’ve been running around trying to draw/mount all these images, the UKs diorama game is rather weak. I’d hope my entry needed no introduction, but it’s Arlen completing the ward circle and One Arm gets his name. I hope you enjoy.

I love the progression and how these pictures seem to tell a story.

Hey everyone! Today is the last day to get in on Badali Jewelry’s ‘Christmas In July’ Sale.

Hey everyone! While the ARC Contest should technically be closed for submissions, there are some people who didn’t quite finish their entries. Therefore, by the grace of Peat, the deadline has been extended through Sunday. That means TONIGHT.

If you’d like to enter the contest, get your Dioramas in by TONIGHT.

In other news, we’ve rounded up our next batch of entries for the Core ARC Contest. We’re super excited about the quality and creativity of dioramas we’ve gotten so far. Here’s a few to check out!

Kristina Bunnell sent in this one entitled “Chamber of shadows”:

I love the shadows on the wall in contrast to the glow on those Hora dice.

Our next one was sent in by Cátia Costa

My digital diorama is when Leesha is running from home at night. Loved this scene and what we learned about the knowledge that Bruna has.

This is awesome. My favorite part is how dynamic the action is. I keep expecting Leesha to take another step while I’m looking at her. If you’d like to see the larger version of this picture, just click on it to open it in a new tab.

James McStravick showed his artistic skills with this creative take on the contest:
